Local Backup — Files and folders backed up to on-site storage devices.
Cloud Backup — Files and folders securely backed up to USTSG’s cloud infrastructure.
This tier is for businesses that need to protect documents and user data—not full systems. It’s ideal for smaller teams or simpler environments. Full recovery may take 3 to 14 days, including hardware replacement, OS and software installation, settings reconfiguration, and licensing transfers.
A solid, low-cost option when extended downtime is acceptable.
Intermediate
(Image-Based Backup)
Local Image Backup — Full system images stored on local devices for fast recovery.
Cloud Image Backup — Full system images backed up to the cloud for remote and disaster recovery.
This tier is built for businesses that need fast, full system recovery but don’t require near-instant failover.
Image-based backups capture everything—operating system, applications, settings, and data—enabling quick restoration after crashes, corruption, or ransomware. When full recovery within
8 to 48 hours is acceptable, this solution delivers speed, flexibility, and peace of mind.
Advanced
(Hybrid Image-Based Backup)
Hybrid Backup — Combines both local and cloud-based image backups.
Low RTOs (Recovery Time Objectives) —Physical or virtual servers can be restored and running within minutes of an outage.
This tier is for companies that have done the math—and know what downtime costs per minute. Advanced Backup from USTSG is designed to
shrink recovery time from hours to minutes, allowing critical systems to be virtualized and restored with speed and precision.
